How to Reset Your Devices

Sometimes devices need a "fresh start". Start by going into your WiFi network options on your device.  You will want to disconnect from the WiFi and "forget network".  The "forget network" step is important if it is an option in your menu.  After you have forgotten the network, then turn your device completely off.  Wait a few moments and then turn your device back on. Reconnect to the WiFi network.  You will have to re-enter your password. Make sure you are choosing the correct network and have the correct password. This reset should update any settings that may be causing a problem with your device and may help improve performance of any sluggish devices or devices that are having connectivity problems.

If you have time, an additional step to take is to check if there is an updated version of the device's operating system or firmware available. Updating your device can often provide solutions to common connectivity problems that are related to software glitches.

If you are still having connectivity or device issues, or have questions, please submit a ticket for tech support.
